This paper discusses the design of a high gain right-hand circularly polarized millimeter-wave frequency reconfigurable antenna array. The 16-element array is designed to reconfigure its operating over both K- and Ka-bands. More specifically, reconfigurability ensured through integration modified ring resonator along with array's sequentially rotated stacked feeding network. four distinct bands center frequencies at 25 GHz, 26 27.75 GHz 29 respectively. Such enables proposed exhibit unique radiation characteristics by maintaining circular polarization an Axial Ratio (AR) <; 1 dB in fractional bandwidth 37.5% between 21.2 31 GHz. A Figure Merit that takes into account axial ratio, sidelobe levels developed highlight performance presented comparison available work literature. fabricated shows good agreement simulated data where it found measured realized exceeds 12 dBic less than -17.5 various
